This web site "Atlantis of the Ocean & Aegean" is a reservoir of thought, reflection and information on various topics related to: 

• For Atlantis. Evidence that there was an Atlantean civilization, which was not swallowed up in a day and night but gradually. And the impact of the myth of Atlantis in modern times (in poetry, literature, music, folk art, visual arts, archaeology, anthropology, etc. sciences).
• Many texts and documentaries with music and videos to highlight various ancient cultures and many scientific discoveries.
• Archaeological excavations and finds, mainly for the prehistoric period.
• The origins of man, following prehistoric humans (our first ancestors).
• The mythological references of various peoples with a focus on Greek mythology and its connection with the "gods" and the mythology of Atlantis.
• The interpretation of Greek mythology: Clearing the imaginary elements (Myth, fiction) from the logical elements (Logos - real historical events). The gods and the myths related to them are an echo of historical events (anthropocentric - social or natural processes).
• Atlantis and the Atlantes are the keys to the interpretation and decoding of Greek mythology and the mythology of the ancient peoples of the Mediterranean.

I created it and published it for the first time in 2000 with the domain name "www.atlantida.gr" with the help of people who are scholars, friends of the Atlantis Museum, with the main purpose of highlighting the lost culture of the Atlanteans and its relationship with prehistoric Hellenic culture. After some years the website was changed to "www.atlanteans.gr".

The Site went through several "waves" and after at some point it went down following the fate of the Lost Country, in the year 2022 it emerged in a new form and with the new name "www.atlanteans.eu" containing new information, with an approximate view taking into account the new scientific research.

My purpose is to inform and raise concerns, so that it becomes the center of a rich exchange of opinions between expert scientists, researchers, but also ordinary students, users, etc.
